our middle school … our middle school band played this peice. and i play saxophone… and i was second chair so i was part of the solo in the first movement and i almost peed my pants i was sooo nervous. also we played this piece at the hershey park band festival and we got first in every thing we r just amazing

I played this with … I played this with the Symphonic band I’m in. It was so much fun! And the bassoon part was interesting, finally. My band teacher never picks music where the bassoon is prominent anywhere. I love this peice so much.
I got to do the … I got to do the awesome glissando on xylophone at the end. I wanted the marimba part, though.

As my name implies, … As my name implies, i play tuba. This song was really fun to play in band. Didn’t seem like anyone had problems with key changes(though i kept missing an a A at 2:30) Our main problem was 126. Don’t understand how a straight eigth note melody could be so challenging.

I found this no problem me and my twin payed in our middle school band and found it quite easy
yes, the solo was … yes, the solo was fun to play, but nerve racking to play in front of three judges for festival. Our director was bothering us over over about the style of this piece, we finally got i tho.

My band is playing … My band is playing this song for festival the low brass deep chords are a killer for us cause the section is only 5 people cause we have 4 band classes but we manage I’m on first chair tbone that last run at 126 is too fun

@robotdude14 Sorry … @robotdude14 Sorry to be this kinda guy but, no key signatures and just watch out for the ocassional b natural and the killer e flat. lol. I, too, am a Horn player. goo luck with the song, we’re playing it too.
I play french horn, … I play french horn, and our band is playing this. Great music. only problem is the key signatures. hard to keep track of sometimes.
