Cajun and Creole music compilations?
I am having a Caribbean theme night and I am trying to find some really good Caribbean uptempo music for people to dance to but it has to be Cajun, Creole,Louisiana Rock type stuff, can anyone suggest anything ,I would really like a compilation of various artists , someone told me there is a really good cd out but they could’nt remember the name of it and I think they were mainly covers of popular songs but anything happy will do,Thanks in advance for any answers

In this video band band member Paul Mangion sings the Hank Williams song – “Hey Good Looking.” This Saturday evening cajun concert had a Mardigras theme. The performance was held in the Wadleigh Memorial Library, in Milford, New Hampshire, as part of the “Acoustic Cafe Coffeehouse on February 20, 2010. The band continues to perform throughout New England for concerts and cajun/zydeco dances. Contact Ryan Thomson through his web site for booking information. Band members at this concert included: Ryan Thomson – accordion and fiddle, Brennish Thomson, 13 years old – fiddle, Jeff Lind – bass, Paul Mangion – rub board, guiro, snare drum, banjo, and cajun triangle.
